Our Courses
All our courses are progressive which means you can begin with an introductory day and progress seamlessly to a Shiatsu Diploma.
The Shiatsu Diploma is recognised by The Shiatsu Society and has been recognised for external accreditation through the awarding body, Laser Learning. This qualification is awarded at Level 4.
Shiatsu Taster
Our next taster is Saturday 4th July 2026!
A gentle, 1 day hands-on introduction to Shiatsu. In this short course you’ll experience the power of touch, learn simple techniques to relax the body, and discover how Shiatsu can support wellbeing. It’s ideal if you’re curious about Shiatsu, or want to explore whether further study is right for you.
Shiatsu Foundation
Next course starts 12th September 2026. The Foundation Course offers a thorough and practical introduction to Shiatsu.
Comprising of six days over three weekends, it is ideal of for therapists with existing qualifications who wish to broaden their skills and add Shiatsu techniques to their practice as part of their continuing professional development (CPD).
Holistic Acupressure
This 22 day programme taken over one year gives you practical skills in acupressure. You’ll learn how to use acupressure points and meridians with confidence, explore links between body, energy and emotions, and develop safe, effective treatments you can offer friends, family or clients. The course can be taken on its own, or as the first stage of our full Shiatsu Diploma.
Shiatsu Diploma
In your final year you’ll bring everything together – learning to read the body more deeply, refine your touch, and give confident, complete Zen Shiatsu treatments. You’ll explore Masunaga’s meridians and theory in practice, gain experience working with real clients in our supervised clinic, and build the professional skills you need to set up and run your own practice.
